250 ml Acetaia Castelli's QUERCIA ORO is a particularly full-bodied Modena PGI balsamic vinegar, with a density of 1.34 (69° brix) and a marked tendency towards sweetness balanced by the right acidity. It is made from a blend of cooked Lambrusco grape must and wine vinegar. Quercia Oro is refined in oak barrels for at least 3 years following the PGI specifications.
